At The Football Label, every item is made to order especially for you. Producing garments only when they’re ordered helps reduce waste and allows us to focus on quality over excess stock.

Because each item is made specifically for your order, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Unwanted items

Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order, as we begin production shortly after your purchase.

If There’s a Problem With Your Order

We take great pride in the quality of every product we sell. If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect
  • Or not as described

please email hello@thefootballlabel.com as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the problem

We’ll review your claim promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
